In this role, you will lead 25-30 production associates in a unionized environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of production associates. Ensure safe and efficient production flow while maintaining quality standards. Promote and enforce plant safety practices. Ensure adherence to procedures, audits, and standard work. Drive continuous improvement and support operational goals (safety, quality, cost, delivery). What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What Will Set You Apart Technical or engineering degree. Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
