Facade Technician Location:

Akron, USA (Preference for Indian or Nepali candidates)

Salary:

$1400 per month (without accommodation) We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and using various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair exterior building facades including windows, doors, cladding, and other materials
• Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure their functionality and appearance
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with facades such as leaks or damage
• Use various tools and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred
• Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
