Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Lead the NeuralSync DPU program at Chillicothe end to end: hardware development, final assembly & test operations, and the validation lab that supports the campus's ongoing expansion. What you'll do: Own program roadmap, budget, and delivery across dev and manufacturing Build and lead the engineering and production organization Own CM and supplier relationships for upstream fabrication Drive quality, yield, and cost targets Represent the program to executives, customers, and partners What you'll bring: 10+ years in hardware programs, 5+ in leadership Experience taking boards/modules from NPI to production Strong CM/supply-chain fluency BS in EE/CE or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
