Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Run final assembly & test: the production floor, schedules, staffing, and output quality for NeuralSync DPU modules. What you'll do: Own daily production operations, throughput, and OEE Lead assembly and test technician teams Drive yield improvement with engineering Own floor safety, ESD, and 5S programs Manage production ramp planning What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
