Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations and meet output targets Supervise and lead production teams and supervisors Optimize workflows, efficiency, and resource utilization Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations Proven experience as Production Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Ability to analyze production data and improve efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive, industrial, or consumer goods manufacturing Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plusBenefits:
