Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring food safety compliance, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP) Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste Manage and develop plant staff, supervisors, and department leaders Monitor KPIs, production output, and operational performance Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and process improvements Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in food manufacturing leadership (Plant Manager or similar role) Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA regulations) Proven ability to lead teams and improve plant performance Experience with high-speed production lines preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
