MBA or Masters in Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering 8 years' experience in supplier management or procurement role 3 years of manufacturing sourcing experience Expert knowledge of machining capital equipment for the production of precision parts Develop global supply partners, new and existing and strategies Strong negotiation and contract management skills Lean manufacturing principles and implementation, and root cause corrective action Experience producing 'copy-exact parts' Advanced material expertise Must have project management, excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience leading cross-functional teams and successful project delivery Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Product Support Travel domestically and internationally as required Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
