We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Precast Concrete Operations Manager to oversee our precast concrete production facility in West Milton. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the facility's operational performance and will be expected to build the people, processes, accountability, and culture necessary to support significant future growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in precast concrete processes, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.Key Priorities:
Strategic Leadership & Manufacturing Excellence:
Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing manufacturing insight and operational leadership that influences business strategy, drives sustainable performance, optimizes resources, strengthens organizational capability, and positions the Company for long-term growth.Process Ownership & Execution:
Establish, document, train, and enforce standard operating procedures across the facility. Ensure employees understand the expected process, verify that processes are consistently followed, and address breakdowns at their root cause.Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Identify, champion, and deploy new manufacturing technologies and automation tools to support efficiency and growth; spearhead seasonal Operational Excellence initiatives to support off-peak cycles.Quality & Compliance:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), establish quality controls, and ensure adherence with set quality standards.Capacity & Scalability:
Build processes, staffing plans, production systems, and leadership capabilities capable of supporting significant future growth without sacrificing quality, safety, customer service, or profitability.Resource & Budget Management:
Oversee departmental budgets, forecast financial data, track expenses, manage resources and labor costs.Safety Culture:
Ensure safety protocols and regulations are adhered to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.People & Culture Development:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferredExperience:
5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with a proven track record of building effective processes, driving accountability, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening workplace culture.Core Skills:
Strong leadership, budget tracking, data analysis, problem solving, communication skills, and accountability.Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read engineering drawings, structural designs, and concrete mix specifications. Solid understanding of manufacturing and construction-related industries is a plus.Industry & Association Involvement:
Represent the Company through active participation in relevant state and national industry associations, committees, conferences, and training opportunities to build relationships, stay current on industry best practices, and bring new ideas back into the organization.What We Offer:
