We're hiring a Production Manager to take full ownership of our projects, from scheduling to final walkthrough, while leading crews, enforcing standards, and delivering an elite client experience.
What You'll Own:
Run multiple residential & commercial painting projects at once Schedule crews, materials, and timelines with precision Lead painters to set the tone and hold the standard Ensure jobs hit quality, deadlines, and budgets Communicate with clients clearly and professionally Solve problems fast and keep projects moving forward Build and improve systems that scale production

What You Get:
$50,000
  • $70,000+ (base + performance bonuses)

Important:
