We are looking for a Production Manager who leads with integrity, supports people, and takes ownership of safe, high quality manufacturing operations. This role provides daily leadership on the production floor while partnering closely with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, and performance. The Production Manager plays a key role in developing teams, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement. Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using production management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze production data and metrics to drive improvements. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
