Full Job Description Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager III to join their team in a fast-paced, production-driven manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing critical, time-sensitive customer projects from order intake through delivery. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Manage projects from order intake through delivery and customer acceptance Develop accurate quotations including routing and material estimations Review and validate purchase orders for pricing, delivery, and terms Coordinate closely with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams Track project progress, communicate status updates, and escalate issues as needed Manage scope changes, assess impact to cost and schedule, and obtain customer approvals Conduct post-project reviews, including cost analysis and process improvements

Qualifications:

3'5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment Proven ability to manage high-priority, time-sensitive projects Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, and CAD drawings Experience working with ERP/MRP systems Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
