Job Description:

Workshop Manager - Manufacturing We're partnering with a fast-growing, innovative company in the residential energy space. Due to continued growth, they're hiring a Director of Manufacturing to take ownership of production and help scale operations quickly and effectively. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position focused on building and running manufacturing operations during a critical scale-up phase.

You'll:

Lead assembly operations Own production schedules, quality, and output Manage and grow a team of 8-10 Drive delivery against ambitious targets (~700 systems this year) Build structure from the ground up (processes, KPIs, reporting) Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements This role sits at the heart of the business-what gets built and shipped will define success.
