Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with operational goals. Lead and mentor quality engineering teams focused on assembly, testing, and end-to-end manufacturing operations. Integrate quality leadership into daily manufacturing processes and decision-making. Establish and enhance site quality procedures and ensure alignment with corporate Quality Management System (QMS). Manage compliance withISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
27001, and TL 9000 standards. Oversee the manufacturing change control process and ensure adherence to Telcordia requalification requirements. Act as the primary manufacturing quality interface for customers and manage audit processes. Foster a culture of quality that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement among teams.Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing quality, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles Strong understanding ofISO 9001, ISO
14001, andISO 27001
standards Experience leading certification audits and customer engagements Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement techniquesNice-To-Have:
