is a small manufacturing business in Ford City, PA. We are supportive and our goal is to hire a Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment in a fast-paced, friendly, and welcoming manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Execute cost reduction initiatives to maximize operational efficiency & cash flow to achieve profitability goals
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, & supply chain logistics to meet customer requirements for on time delivery and lead times. Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment. Maintain customer relations & resolve any issues
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
- Enforce OSHA, Environmental, & Safety compliance & complete all necessary documents & reporting.
SKILLS:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Knowledge of ERP systems, word, excel, & power point. Continuous improvement methodologies, and data-driven performance analytics. Good mentoring skills and capable of establishing behavioral standards. Excellent communication skills. Understanding the company's mission and upholding it. Maintain quality standards. Purchase material for facility. Good leadership. Manage recruitment, hire & training processes. Budget & product management skills.REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's Degree in Administrative or Operation Management.
