$125,000-$150,000 + Performance Bonus A global industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow its North American business. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with full P&L responsibility, ownership of commercial growth, and the long-term opportunity to help establish a North American manufacturing operation.What You'll Do:
Own the North American revenue plan, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, margins, and overall P&L. Lead sales through direct accounts, manufacturers' representatives, and distribution partners. Develop relationships with consulting engineers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and strategic customers. Lead, develop, and expand the existing team while building the organization for future growth. Partner with global leadership on product development, engineering, manufacturing, and market strategy. Help develop the strategy for a future North American production and manufacturing operation. Represent the organization at industry events and build strong customer and industry relationships.What We're Looking For:
Proven general management or P&L leadership experience within an industrial B2B environment. Track record selling engineered capital equipment, technical systems, or similar products through consultative sales cycles. Experience building and scaling teams and organizations. Background in dehumidification, industrial HVAC, air handling, process cooling, or related thermal/process equipment strongly preferred. Manufacturing or operations experience is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel throughout North America and periodically internationally.What's Offered:
