About Pressure Technology, Inc. (PTI) Pressure Technology, Inc. (PTI) is a specialized manufacturing company focused on Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP)—a process used to strengthen and enhance critical components across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and advanced manufacturing. PTI has built its reputation on quality, reliability, and consistency in environments where performance matters. With multiple U.S. facilities and long-standing customer relationships, the company plays an important role in supporting high-spec applications where there is little margin for error. Position Overview PTI is seeking a Plant Manager to lead one of its manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for overall plant performance, including production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost. The Plant Manager will lead day-to-day operations, develop and support the team, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both floor presence and the ability to think strategically about operations and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and customer requirements are met Oversee performance across quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency, addressing issues as they arise Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff Partner with customers to meet expectations, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational or quality concerns Promote and enforce a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety standards Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap) and regulatory requirements Collaborate with leadership on plant performance, planning, and business objectives Qualifications & Requirements Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a production or plant setting Proven ability to manage operations and improve performance across production, quality, and efficiency Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to stay close to day-to-day operations on the production floor Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and implementation of practical solutions Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both employees and customers Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general production or ERP systems Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR compliance requirements Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, metals processing, heat treatment, additive manufacturing, or similar environments Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or Nadcap Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) Prior experience leading a full plant or large-scale production operation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000- $135,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Work Environment This role requires time spent both in an office setting and on the production floor. The Plant Manager should be comfortable working around industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures, and being present where operations are taking place. #JCPM1
