• Required Minimum Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of Supply Chain / manufacturing experience) + Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain / manufacturing experience + 3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, practicing, and applying transactional lean methods (i.

e. Visual/Daily Management, VSM, 5S, kaizen, standard work, leader standard work, problem solving, Hoshin Kanri, trystorming) + Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%.

• Pay and Benefits:

• The base pay range for this position is $142,000 - $190,000.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 17th, 2026.
