Manufacturing Planner Location:
Hazelwood, Missouri (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic manufacturing professional to support our team in developing and maintaining comprehensive manufacturing plans and processes. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration to meet key business objectives in a dynamic fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technology that support manufacturing and delivery requirements. Review and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with all manufacturing-related requirements and conduct tooling management from design to disposition. Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, perform producibility assessments, and provide input to design and manufacturing process improvements.
Required:
5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and relevant experience (e.g., PhD plus 4 years, Master's plus 7 years, Bachelor's plus 1 year, or 5 years' related work experience). Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions. Successful completion of training, either on-the-job training (OJT) or formal classroom training, is required for assignment. Regular and predictable attendance throughout the duration of the assignment.
