• _Responsibilities_
• This position is a remote project management coordinator role for a contract manufacturing environment within Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions PET organization.

Candidate's remote location will need to be aligned with the location of a Cardinal Health Nuclear manufacturing facility. + Leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis. + Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal) and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication, presentation of project details, alignment, and expectation management. + Collaborates with Product and Sales teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics that align with overall sponsored product strategy and revenue goals. + Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. + Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are informed, engaged, and accountable for their contributions. + Continuously identifies opportunities to optimize project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Tracks project progress, reports on key milestones, and conducts post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned and inform future initiatives. + Ensures that all sponsored product deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with brand guidelines and technical specifications.

• _Qualifications_
• + Bachelor's degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferred + 4-8 years of experience preferred (regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical field) + 2-4 years of proven project management experience, preferred with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. + Proficiency with project management software and/ or Microsoft Excel + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + PMP (Project Management), CSM, (Certified Scrum Master) or other relevant project management certification preferred + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Experience working with external clients or partners in a project management capacity. + Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance.
