Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, expand market share, and drive revenue growth within the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers, and identifying new business opportunities across bearings, machined components, metal stampings, assemblies, and related industrial products. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong background in industrial manufacturing, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of delivering profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers. Manage and grow key customer accounts while strengthening long-term customer relationships. Lead and support a network of independent sales representatives to maximize market coverage and sales performance. Prepare, present, negotiate, and manage customer proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure accurate quoting, successful product launches, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 10 years of industrial manufacturing sales experience . Experience selling bearings, machined components, metal stampings, industrial components, or similar products to OEMs and industrial customers is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in new business development, account management, and revenue growth. Experience managing independent sales representatives. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to develop accurate sales forecasts and execute strategic sales plans. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems. Travel Approximately 25%-50% travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. #
WOR Pay:
$140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
