- A Day in the Life
- The Senior Principal Process Engineer for Dip Molding Centers of Excellence (CoE) Strategy Lead is part of the enterprise manufacturing technology organization and provides technical and strategic leadership for dip molding technologies across Medtronic manufacturing sites.
- Minneapolis, MN
- Tempe, AZ
- Warsaw, IN
- Irvine, CA
- Danvers, MA
- Lafayette, CO This role follows an onsite work model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) and requires up to 25% travel to support collaboration, technology development, and manufacturing site engagement.
- Primary Responsibilities
- + Lead the Dip Molding Center of Excellence and establish enterprise-wide manufacturing technology strategies, capability plans, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Previous Medtronic experience.
