Job Summary We're looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Business Partner - Manufacturing & Quality to serve as the key technology partner to Insulet's Manufacturing and Quality organizations. In this role, you will align global technology investments, platforms, and capabilities with operational priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term scalability goals. You'll lead the strategic partnership between the business and the CTO organization—translating needs into actionable technology roadmaps, shaping demand, and ensuring IT is a true driver of operational excellence. Working closely with engineering and delivery teams, you'll help bring these strategies to life. Position Overview The Senior Director, Enterprise Business Partner, Manufacturing & Quality will be responsible for serving as the primary technology business partner to Insulet's Manufacturing and Quality organizations, ensuring that global technology investments, platforms, and capabilities are directly aligned to operational priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term scalability. This role owns the strategic relationship between the CTO organization and Manufacturing & Quality translating business needs into technology roadmaps, shaping demand, and ensuring IT is viewed as a strategic enabler of operational excellence. Execution and delivery are enabled through the CTO's delivery and engineering teams. Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the trusted technology advisor to senior leaders across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. Translate business objectives and operational priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans. Proactively identify opportunities where technology can drive efficiency, compliance, and competitive advantage across manufacturing and quality operations. Demand Shaping & Portfolio Alignment Own technology demand intake, prioritization, and business case development for Manufacturing & Quality initiatives. Evaluate trade-offs across cost, speed, risk, and regulatory impact to drive informed investment decisions. Ensure the initiative portfolio is aligned to enterprise architecture standards, CTO strategy, and business value. Technology Enablement & Solution Alignment Partner with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO). Champion adoption and value realization of manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality management systems (QMS), shop floor automation, and supply chain platforms. Drive alignment between IT capabilities and manufacturing/quality transformation goals (e.g., smart factory, digital quality, predictive maintenance). Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement Frame options, implications, and trade-offs to support executive decision-making within Manufacturing & Quality. Elevate engagement from transactional demand intake to enterprise-level strategy and value realization. Represent Manufacturing & Quality technology needs in cross-functional planning, governance, and prioritization forums. Cross-Functional Partnership Partners with the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations (Chief of Staff), who owns the CTO operating rhythm, governance orchestration, and execution enablement. Provides business context, demand priorities, and domain expertise, which are operationalized through the CTO delivery and engineering functions. Required Skills and Competencies Strategic business partnership and relationship management Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality technology ecosystems (MES, QMS, ERP, supply chain platforms) Executive communication, decision framing, and stakeholder influence Ability to translate operational complexity into clear technology priorities Financial and portfolio management acumen Preferred Skills and Competencies Experience in FDA-regulated or GMP manufacturing environments Familiarity with smart factory, Industry 4.0, or digital quality transformation initiatives ITIL, PMP, or enterprise architecture certifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of progressive, relevant experience or Master's degree with 12+ years of progressive, relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Proven experience operating at an enterprise scale and partnering with senior business leaders. Experience in complex, regulated environments (medtech, healthcare, pharma, or medical device strongly preferred). Additional Information The position is hybrid at our Acton, MA office. Travel is estimated at 10-15% but will flex depending on business needs.

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $196,100.00 - $294,200.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
