Supply Chain ManagerExperience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO, FDA, cGMP).SummaryOversees supply chain and logistics functions including purchasing raw materials, coordinating delivery, and ensuring final products reach destinations on time and within budget. Responsible for negotiating supplier contracts, managing inventory, analyzing performance data, and supervising Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse staff to optimize processes and reduce costs while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.



Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupply chain strategy development, vendor management, and efficiency improvements.



Transportation operations oversight including shipping, freight, and direct-to-port services.



Data integrity maintenance for assigned product lines with corrective actions.



Goods flow management from raw material acquisition to final delivery.



Policy development to increase efficiency and implement process changes.



Purchasing standards and protocols implementation.



Customer and supplier requests handling, including compliance and complaints.



Departmental assessments and documentation to support efficiency and regulatory compliance.



Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.5+ years in a manufacturing environment.



Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.



Leadership abilities to guide teams effectively.



Analytical, negotiating, and critical thinking skills.



Knowledge of ISO 13485, supplier/vendor negotiations, and supply chain software.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QMS, and ERP/PLM systems.



Professional certifications such as ASCM CLTD, CPIM, CSCP, CPM, or CPSM.Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO, FDA, cGMP).
