Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. + Experience in commodity management or sourcing with data center rack power conversion or power back-up solutions, including agreement negotiations, pricing negotiations, assurance of supply, capacity planning and supplier development.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA. + Experience with rack power conversion or power back-up manufacturing processes. + Experience with new and evolving power technologies in the data center space. + Experience with data center and rack power conversion commodities: Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Rectifiers/Power Supply Units (PSUs), and power shelves.

Responsibilities
+ Manage multiple suppliers and programs for rack power devices (PSUs, PDUs, power shelves), negotiating agreements to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and scalable supply.

+ Support sourcing strategy development, partnering early with engineering to align supplier technology roadmaps with infrastructure needs. + Guide cross-functional teams through supplier selection for new platforms, balancing innovation, time-to-market, cost, quality, and delivery. + Oversee operational execution including schedules, capacity planning, and supply flexibility while communicating performance metrics and risks to leadership. + Mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and drive continuous improvement via regular business reviews, applying deep market and industry intelligence to sourcing decisions.
