Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract governance, or managing commercial supply agreements (e.g., tracking milestones, clauses, or supply commitments). Preferred qualifications: + Experience with multi-tier supply chain mapping, risk modeling, capacity planning, data center hardware/commodity procurement, and spend governance workflows. + Familiarity with data center machine supply chain or commodity procurement. + Familiarity with corporate spend governance workflows. + Track record of driving complex cross-functional programs, managing partner escalations, building consensus, and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership. + Expertise in interpreting commercial agreement clauses, evaluating liability risk, and leveraging AI, SQL, or dashboarding tools to generate operational insights.
