Bring your expertise and share your knowledge with the team! The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations for, ensuring production lines run efficiently, safely, and within budget to meet quality standards and deadlines. This facility runs 6 and 7 lines, 24 hours a day. Scheduling production staff members to ensure proper coverage Evaluate and optimize production processes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Enforcing policies and regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Allocating resources for the production department Maintain and execute production schedules to meet client demands and delivery dates. Ensure finished products meet company standards by ensuring quality control programs are strictly adhered to Supervise, train, and mentor staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicates (KPSs) to report to management team Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance To be successful in this role: 10 PLUS years' experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing Strong communication, organizational skills, and team-building skills Ability to lead, coach, and engage a diverse production team
