Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in executing manufacturing technologies, automation, or industrial IT. Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, and digital manufacturing architectures. Working knowledge of network fundamentals (e.g. subnet, vlan, routing, dhcp, etc.) Proven ability to lead changes and influence across functions in a manufacturing setting. Experience building, developing, and leading technical teams.\ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying MES, IIoT, or smart factory solutions. Experience programming PLCs Hands on experience with AI / advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing. Experience scaling pilots into standardized, repeatable solutions. Background in Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence. Experience working with communication protocols (e.g OPC/UA, IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, RS-485, and RS-232, etc.) Experience defining and executing data and analytics strategies in an operational environment. Experience working in greenfield, ramp up, or rapidly expanding manufacturing environments.About Siemens:
