Accountable for all aspects of quality, cost, and schedule relating to area of responsibility Desired Skills Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and cost reduction with an understanding of business metrics to drive performance. Prior management experience in a Tube/Weld, Paint, and Machining, Manufacturing environment. Familiarity with the Aeronautics organizational environment and data systems (QADS, SFM, Auto Time). A proven track record for shaping the future by building effective relationships. The ability to energize a team and deliver results by modeling integrity and accountability. Exceptional communication and decision making skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills. Knowledge of 6S Activities and ISO9001 and 140001 Process and Audits. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
