Available Benefits Help for . Siemens Industry, Inc. seeks a Production Manager to coordinate the material flow, subassembly readiness, project execution, and cross-site production support activities across Siemens Fort Worth facility. Collaborate daily with the Engineering, Procurement, BOM/Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Fabrication, and Production Teams, and Senior Leadership as well as 3rd party manufacturing departments, including the Production, Warehouse, and Leadership teams, to support production readiness and delivery schedules. Ensure timely procurement, fabrication, assembly QC release, and delivery of subassemblies, such as CANs, PANs, doors, wire harness kits. Coordinate material readiness for Siemens production dashboard and maintain synchronization with delivery milestones. Support CTB (Clear to Build) tracking to prevent shortages and avoid last-minute delays. Confirm ProSource material flow aligns with Siemens production schedule. Lead recurring production alignment meetings to review material status, risks, constraints, delivery schedule, and corrective actions. Conduct weekly operational calls to ensure alignment on shortages, incoming material, QC progress, and rework needs. Support the launch of new projects by coordinating material readiness, timelines, and 3rd party manufacturing resource allocation. Work closely with Siemens and 3rd party manufacturing Quality teams to resolve NCRs, verify inspections, and ensure all builds conform to Siemens quality standards. Coordinate rework, corrections, and replace material requirements. Use collaboration tools and practices to align multiple departments and teams on priorities and deadlines. Identify and eliminate process gaps between Siemens and ProSource. Drive efficiency improvements in material flow, CTB accuracy, and communication processes. The position requires a Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Engineer, Production Foreman, or a related manufacturing or production occupation. The position requires four (4)years of experience with the following skills: Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles; Experience with quality systems and products related to electro-mechanical assembly and wiring operations; and Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g.: 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams). The position requires experience with the following skills: Project Management experience; Experience in a leadership role over a production team; Experience supporting factory digitalization projects (e.g.: MES or factory simulation); Experience with departmental budgeting processes, including labor and material costs, direct and indirect expenses, and discretionary spending; and Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
