Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of sublimation-printed playmats in a high-volume warehouse environment. This role is responsible for managing daily production flow, maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and optimizing efficiency across the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand and fulfillment timelines Monitor output quality and enforce production standards Maintain sublimation printers, heat presses, and related machinery Ensure equipment is operating efficiently to minimize downtime Provide training, guidance, and daily direction to production staff Assist directly in production tasks (pressing, setup, packaging) when needed Inspect output regularly for defects, alignment, color accuracy, and finish quality Monitor usage of raw materials (fabric, inks, substrates, packaging)
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, print production, or similar production environment Familiarity with sublimation printing, heat press operations, or digital printing Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Previous experience supervising or training team members Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage production priorities Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment Hands-on involvement in pressing, lifting, and moving materials as needed
