This role oversees a 24/7 polyethylene film manufacturing environment focused on production performance, extrusion efficiency, converting operations, scrap reduction, and overall plant operational leadership. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Leadership experience in blown film extrusion and converting operations • Working knowledge of: Extrusion, Poly film production, In-line printing, Slitting, Winding, Cartoning Experience managing production scheduling and material flow Experience in high-volume continuous manufacturing environments Experience monitoring scrap, yield, throughput, downtime, and machine efficiencies Experience managing labor, material, and operating costs Ability to analyze manufacturing KPI's and operational performance Experience coordinating maintenance, engineering, quality, and production teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical manufacturing experience Experience with Quality Management Systems Key Responsibilities Lead daily blown film extrusion and converting operations Manage production planning, scheduling, and workflow execution Oversee raw material planning and equipment readiness Monitor plant KPI's including scrap, yield, throughput, downtime, and efficiencies Drive process improvement initiatives focused on operational performance Optimize machine utilization and material flow Coordinate maintenance priorities to maximize equipment uptime Lead cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives Support implementation of equipment, process, and product improvements Coordinate execution between production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams Analyze operational and financial performance reporting Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards Direct production training and workforce development activities This position is being recruited nationally across multiple markets and may be located near the target market; however, relocation could be required. A relocation package is available. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
