Job Description
Job PurposeCoordinate and oversee daily production operations, implementing strategies to maximize productivity, minimize waste, and strengthen teamwork while aligning with company standards and market demands.

Experience in production control and scheduling.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Experience in a metalworking/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production activities to ensure production programs and schedules are met.
Manage the overall production process while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
Ensure personnel readiness and availability of required materials.
Monitor and optimize production workflows and processes.
Ensure proper functioning of machinery by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
Implement process optimization strategies, waste reduction initiatives, and productivity improvements.
Assign and redistribute tasks within the team based on operational requirements.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production personnel.
Participate in strategic production decisions and coordinate with other departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
Key ActivitiesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures for production areas.
Create and implement quality system procedures.
Review production performance and process controls.
Assign tasks to personnel based on their training and qualifications.
Verify production and process reports from each area.
Ensure completed products are transferred to shipping in a timely manner.
Follow up on material requirements to prevent production delays.
Analyze the feasibility and manufacturing requirements of special products.
Request equipment repairs, replacements, and necessary maintenance.
Manage production activities in accordance with established quality guidelines.
Skills & CompetenciesAbility to develop and implement production procedures and documentation.
Strong understanding of quality management systems.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively allocate personnel and production tasks.
Proficiency in monitoring production schedules and material availability.
Ability to analyze manufacturing requirements and develop strategies for special-product production.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.
RequirementsEducation:
Degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.ProfileFlexible and available to meet production schedule requirements.
