Job Overview We have partnered with an industry leader who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead their manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of plant performance, ensuring production efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards are consistently met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a safety-first culture, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards Develop and implement strategies for process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization Monitor equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance planning, and oversee mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (or Bachelor's degree with progressive leadership) 5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior site leadership role Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement Proven success leading teams, driving change, and delivering results with full P&L ownership A leader who operates with integrity, accountability, and a passion for building people and processes
