As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and team leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals and operational standards. Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Manage quality control processes to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime. Coordinate capital expenditures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Management, Business, or Engineering. 15 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations. Understanding of manufacturing technologies and safety programs. Knowledge of environmental compliance standards and requirements. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. What's in it for me?
