This is an excellent opportunity to join an international automotive manufacturer, offering broader site-wide leadership, extensive training and development, and genuine progression into future site leadership. You'll lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement while remaining visible and hands-on on the shop floor. You'll join a highly international and multicultural environment, where building relationships and leading effectively across different cultures is an important part of the role, alongside occasional international travel to other group facilities for training and development. The Role:

Lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation across plastic injection molding and assembly Drive site-wide performance while leading across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI Fully on-site, 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am-5:00pm
