Serve as a technical consultant for clients, providing expert guidance on material properties and manufacturing feasibility. Oversee inventory procurement to ensure seamless production continuity. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Deep understanding of modern production methodologies and process optimization. Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and shifting priorities.
