Financial and Strategic Oversight Oversee company Profit & Loss, handle operating budgets, coordinate capital expenditure planning within the annual cycle, and manage unit production costs. Contribute to the management team by defining strategic goals, including both immediate and long-term business roadmaps designed to grow market presence, hit revenue targets, and reach production milestones. Monitor sales metrics, projections, and annual objectives to evaluate operational efficiency and pinpoint opportunities for growth. Partner with the engineering, finance, and marketing divisions to guarantee that both tactical and strategic business targets are achieved. Examine financial statements and performance data to help the organization reduce expenses, streamline processes, and better allocate resources. Sales Strategy Development Work with the leadership team to establish organizational sales quotas, targets, and strategic objectives. Partner with marketing to research market trends, uncover new business opportunities, and develop long-term strategies to expand our market footprint. Production and Operational Command Manage all daily production activities, encompassing assembly, welding, warehousing, purchasing, and scheduling. Improve the customer experience by removing production bottlenecks and reducing downtime to ensure that finished goods and parts are delivered on schedule. Promote a workplace environment centered on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to reduce waste and improve asset usage. Operational Success and Client Relations Direct daily sales operations through the Sales Manager to ensure the lead-to-close process remains efficient and productive. Handle escalated client issues while fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and major accounts. Supply Chain and Quality Management Manage vendor and supplier relationships while overseeing the procurement of raw materials to ensure inventory levels remain optimal. Maintain strict quality standards to minimize rework, ensure product specifications are met, and manage warranty claims effectively. Work in tandem with engineering and sales to ensure that project timelines and specific client needs are supported by our manufacturing capabilities. Leadership and Talent Growth Recruit, mentor, and train production staff, supervisors, and department heads. Build a high-performance culture by establishing clear expectations, performing consistent evaluations, and developing internal succession plans. Safety and Regulatory Compliance Promote a culture that prioritizes safety to ensure the entire team adheres to all environmental and OSHA regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Management is preferred.
Experience:
At least a decade of management experience, specifically demonstrating success in leading production and sales teams.
Business Acumen:
Proficiency in financial literacy, P&L oversight, and the ability to negotiate contracts effectively. We maintain a drug-free environment. Candidates must be prepared to complete a background check and drug screening process.
