Full Job Description Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations
Preferred Requirements:
Previous Plant Manager or senior manufacturing management experience Experience managing budgets, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and facility resources The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the performance and continued development of the manufacturing facility. This leader will bring together production, quality, materials, engineering, maintenance, and supporting functions to create a well-coordinated operation capable of consistently meeting business and customer commitments.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of plant performance across production, safety, quality, cost, staffing, and customer commitments Coordinate manufacturing and support functions to improve workflow, equipment utilization, productivity, and schedule attainment Control operating expenses and allocate resources based on production requirements, financial targets, and business priorities Assess plant performance through operational data and floor-level engagement, addressing issues before they impact results Determine workforce, equipment, and facility requirements necessary to support current production and future business needs CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
