The Gund Company, esteemed for its mastery in non-metallic material fabrication applied across electrical power and oil & gas sectors, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead. This role is pivotal in steering our manufacturing processes towards exceptional standards of quality and efficiency. The Manufacturing Team Lead will manage a team, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are consistently met, while upholding safety and procedural standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a blend of leadership finesse and technical prowess. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in manufacturing, ensuring compliance with company standards Lead and develop a team of manufacturing personnel through coaching, mentoring, and direct management Monitor production output and quality standards, implementing improvements where needed Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe workplace Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless production schedules Participate in budget preparation and ensure resources are available for peak operation Analyze production data and reports to forecast needs and resolve challenges Required Skills Proven ability in leadership and team management Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Proficiency in MS Office and production management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of industry safety practices and quality standards
