Job Duties Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of production workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Proactively identify operational challenges and implement strategic solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Analyze production metrics and output in assigned areas, adjusting processes as necessary to meet or exceed established schedules and quality goals.
