Job Summary North Alabama Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the production floor. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and safety across the team, helping us meet production goals while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing processes directly and support a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and accurately Enforce safety standards by promoting the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols in all activities Monitor and maintain production to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence Provide hands-on leadership to manufacturing team members, including coaching, training, and performance feedback Coordinate with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues promptly and minimize downtime Conduct regular inspections of the production area to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Requirements Proven knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard mitigation Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and morale Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure clear operational directives Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Previous work in secondary aluminum preferred Join us as a Production Supervisor and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to operational excellence!
