In this role, you will oversee daily CNCmachine shop activities, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers your team to excel. This position offers a 1st shift Monday- Friday scheduleRequirements:
5 years CNC Machinist Experience Required to include programming Ability to run manual lathes and mills Knowledge of tooling and measuring instruments Strong leadership and communication skillsResponsibilities:
