About the Role As a Plant Leader, your responsibilities will include: Evaluating daily production and shipping schedules to ensure smooth operations. Efficiently organizing and managing the workforce to maintain optimal productivity. Collaborating with plant management and quality control to resolve production issues and maintain quality standards. Overseeing loading activities, inspecting loads for accuracy, and ensuring the integrity of product shipments. Periodically checking accessory inventories and providing recommendations to plant management. Training laborers in various plant operations and safety protocols. What We Require High School Diploma or GED. At least 3 years experience working with equipment in manufacturing environment. 1 year of experience as a lead or supervisor. Strong organizational and math skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work outdoors.
