Cement & White Cement Production Supervisor About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives. Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices. Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture. Work Environment Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity. Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
