We supply major automotive OEMs and distributors throughout the United States and are seeking a qualified supervisor to lead our production and warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities Supervise daily production and warehouse/logistics operations Manage production operators and shipping/loading employees Coordinate production schedules and shipment schedules to meet customer requirements Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods Ensure safe handling and storage of chemical products in compliance with OSHA and company standards Train employees on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational guidelines Oversee loading/unloading operations and warehouse organization Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and productivity Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records Support quality control activities and ensure compliance with internal standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred Experience in chemical manufacturing or automotive fluid industry is a plus Forklift experience and warehouse operation knowledge preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic computer and inventory management skills required Work Schedule Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime may be required based on demand) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Overtime eligibility (if applicable) Health insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Career growth opportunities within KD Finechem USA How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
