At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Control Sub-Contract Supervisor to join our team in Oxford, AL.

The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

  The Role
  Responsible for planning, priorities, administrative tasks & logistics to support overall business needs from sub-contract vendors.

• Responsible for managing all subcontract processes.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of production control computer systems
• Experience with world class manufacturing process, and methods, Lean, Kaizen, 6s, TMP (talent management program), and other advance manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, planning, scheduling, customer service, and ERP systems
• Experience at leading production personnel staffing, reviews and goal settings To Apply
