Job Description

Position Summary:
The primary role of the Production Supervisor will be to manage all functions associated with the operation of production departments. This includes financial budgets, production schedules, departmental performance, and administration of company personnel policies.
Objectives:
Direct supervision of hourly employees. Administration of company personnel policies in accordance with policy manual. Monitor key indicators and evaluate department and employee performance. Administration of company safety and environmental policies. Work with manufacturing services to implement manufacturing improvement programs. Work with Engineering department on implementation of engineering orders and new products.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
Experience:
4+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
