Job Description
Directly supervise 1-2 production lines per shift, overseeing 40-50 workers. Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to production staff. Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency. Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Record and report production output and quality results to management, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
