POSITION SUMMARY
This position is the level between division management and field employees. The individual has successfully passed the requirements and testing for Operator and Crew Leader. The individual has a minimum of 2½ years industry experience. This is a safety sensitive role. What we are looking for? Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.) High energy level and work ethic. Ability to foster teamwork. TWIC Card/ Valid State Issued ID. Pass a physical, hair follicle drug test, and background check. Qualifications Provide daily supervision over assigned crews, including observation of "on the job" performance appraisals and disciplinary action in accordance with company policies. Investigate customer complaints and take proper action to resolve them on a timely basis. Oversee assignment of personnel and equipment to meet requirements of job. Inspect equipment periodically to ensure maintenance and safety standards are being met. Manage productivity and customer service using measurement tools such as Customer Feedback Surveys.
