Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Team Lead to drive excellence on the factory floor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a team of production associates, and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your knowledge and hands-on experience will help optimize assembly lines, manage warehouse activities, and uphold high-quality standards. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met with precision and quality. Lead and motivate a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity. Coordinate the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to facilitate efficient assembly and material handling. Oversee warehouse operations related to inventory management, material movement, and storage safety protocols. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all team members. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery operates at optimal levels. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and inventory levels. Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with knowledge of assembly line processes. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures to promote a safe work environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process documentation. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality. Prior experience with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
